Why should I follow this course?

This course provides an opportunity to reflect on and consider human behaviour and the workings of the human mind from a systematic and scientific perspective; it therefore offers insight into ourselves and others by examining and critically analysing established research conducted by psychologists. Topics studied include memory, attachments, research methods, stress, obedience, conformity and mental abnormality. An interest in people is essential as is an open, analytical and enquiring mind.
